Access to TrueLuck is only permitted for persons aged 18 years and older, or higher if required by local legislation. You are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction. TrueLuck may close accounts that have been created in violation of these rules.

ACCOUNT USE AND VERIFICATION

The information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete. Each player may have only one personal TrueLuck account. Transfer or sale of accounts is prohibited.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the methods listed on the site. TrueLuck may request additional documents before a withdrawal is processed. Transactions may be checked as part of anti-money laundering legislation and fraud prevention.

CHANGES AND LIABILITY

TrueLuck may modify, interrupt, or terminate games, promotions, or features. Important changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the site. Continued use after publication is considered acceptance of the amended terms. TrueLuck is not liable for interruptions caused by malfunctions of external providers or other events beyond our control. In case of obvious errors in games, odds, or payouts, TrueLuck may correct bets and results. In case of violation of the terms, TrueLuck may restrict, block, or close your account.
